Return Policy

Nyia Sunglasses proudly serves you as your vision specialist. Sunglasses are an important part of everyday life. If your sunglasses do not fit exactly right, they may not be as enjoyable, stylish, or serve their proper function. We recommend that sunglasses be tried on at your local retailer before ordering from our site or check our Size Chart in consideration for those who are unable to try on their sunglasses before ordering, We does not accept returns and exchanges.

Exchanges - Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.

Customers MUST contact our customer service via our website at http://www.niyasunglasses.com and or via email at support@niyasunglasses.com within 10 business days from the date of delivery. Additionally, all products must be returned to us AT YOUR EXPENSE within 15 business days from the date of delivery. Our return address can be obtained from contacting our customer service.

In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information. Any returns without a tracking number or requests made past the expiration period; unfortunately, will not be honored.

Refunds:
The original shipping costs charge (US$20.00/Order) processed to our shipping agents are non-refundable. Additionally, a mandatory 15% administrative charge will be deducted on the netted amount, which is the value after deducting the charge. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.

UNACCEPTABLE REASONS for a refund may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:

Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed
Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture
Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer) To save you money and time please ensure you have tried on the frame or sunglasses and they are exactly what you want.
Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the c ustomer

Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise will be provided by a customer services support staff after receiving your contact. However, in order to avoid such a stage, clients are advised to clarify unclear issues before placing any orders. Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any potential problems. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to support@niyasunglasses.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.
